very pleasant and modern, lovely atmosphere ☺ rooms / decor/clean ☹ all was fine.

Excellent accommodation on Byron Bay ☺ Excellent accommodation, nice access to pool, nice spa next to the pool, great location as its very close to all major spots including beach opposite the accommodation. ☹ Stairs to get to accommodation was a small pain as we had quite heavy bags with us. Entrance to the accommodation was also not clean. However thats where the complaints will stop. Rest was awesome

Very Good ☺ it was nice and clean and quite at night. ☹ the WiFi was terrible, phone reception was really bad so we wanted to rely on WiFi. but it’s been on and off all the time and the signal was really weak.

Peaceful and close to beach ☺ So peaceful, great pool and not in the heart of Byron. good upkeep of outdoor area and landscape. Secure car parking and comfortable beds. ☹ Very dirty bathrooms. Grout and sinks all need to be replaced urgently with rusty drains in both bathrooms. Decor outdated and needs better thorough apartment cleaning including new carpet needed. A little overpriced for what it was compared to Gold Coast or other parts of QLD.

Fantastic accommodation ☺ Fantastic friendly service, over the road from the beach, beautiful pool area with lovely setting areas and the pool was a good temperature. The apartment was spacious and the showers had good pressure The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals. Large dinning table and good size couches. ☹ The apartment kitchen would function better with an island bench with stools. The bed was very hard and you could feel the springs also the pillows were average
